Location:
Enid Lake (Glacier View Snowpark). This is a mandatory carpool for this month's training. All people coming to the training must show up at the Safeway Parking Lot in Sandy by 7:00 a.m. as parking at the Snowpark is very limited. Geocache in the snow! For those needing work with their GPS this will be a good training and people needing to certify can prove their skills with GPS and get signed off. Also will be touching on avalanche transceivers. Be prepared to spend a whole day in the field and dress appropriately. This is a training open to everyone with an application on file for membership. If you do not have a current application on file or you do not have one filled out and ready to hand in at the training, you will not be allowed in the field. »
