1/15 - 2 Climbers on Mt Hood

Although we were not called out on this search, we, or more specifically Josh,  played a significant role in the find. The climbers spent the night in a snow cave near the timberline and in the morning, proceeded down the fall line toward the Enid lake area. Lo and behold, they found one of the geocache sites that Josh set over a year ago. We have used these caches for GPS training and they are also registered on a geocache site. Their phone miraculously rang at about the same time (the batteries were dead earlier) and they were able to relay their exact coordinates from the geocache to SAR base.  PMR then escorted them out of the woods..

I'm still waiting for final verification that the site is ours, but I'm 99% sure based on the description given by the media  Nice job Josh !
